Rosemary joined Solve Disability Solutions in 2005. As Acting CEO she has overall responsibility for the management and administration of Solve Disability Solutions. Rosemary's many years of work with Solve, combined with her previous roles as Operations Manager and Fundraising/Promotions Coordinator, give her unique insights into our organisation and the opportunities and challenges facing the disability sector. 

Neil joined Solve in April 2017. He has extensive experience successfully managing and marketing government funded programs for small community organisations. He brings to Solve a wealth of hands-on experience researching, marketing and growing organisations, including a number of innovative start-ups, in the not-for-profit sector. He has Bachelor of Business majoring in marketing, as well as a diploma in training and assessment.

Sue joined Solve Disability Solutions in 2012 as the Administration Officer. Sue is probably the first person you'll speak with when you phone Solve Disability Solutions. Her role covers much of the day to day office management and public relations. Among her many responsibilities, she deals with client enquiries, registers new projects and new volunteers and maintains Solve Disability Solutions records and accounts.

Chee joined Solve in April 2017 and is responsible for the financial management of all aspects of our business. Chee has over 30 years of accounting and finance experience, and held the role of senior accountant for Rio Tinto for 17 years before joining Solve. He has wide experience in accounting and tax, including financial and management accounting, statutory and corporate reporting, tax returns and ledger maintenance.

Patsy joined the Solve Disability Solutions administration team in 2005. Her role includes producing our in-house publications, including the Solve Disability Solutions Magazine (published twice each year) and the Annual Report. She also administers the project database and has responsibility for OH&S. She is also involved in other areas of publicity and documentation of policies and procedures.

Jenny joined Solve Disability Solutions in 2010 in the role of Human Resources and Volunteer Coordinator. Jenny has over 20 years experience in Human Resources in various organisations including Australia Post and the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman. As well as assisting with the coordination of human resources,  Jenny manages Solve Disability Solutions volunteer workforce.
